New energy motor test bench

The new energy motor test bench is mainly used for routine performance tests, durability and load tests of new energy motors and their controllers, as well as other user-developed research tests (such as: development, testing, and comparison tests of motors or motor controllers), to meet the needs of new energy vehicle project development. The new energy motor test bench can complete the testing work of the performance of electric vehicle motors, provide hardware testing support for users' independent research and development, assist users in improving design schemes, and verify product performance, etc.

Vehicle dynamics matching design

Hunan Xiangyi Power Test Instrument Co., Ltd. relies on a team of experienced vehicle matching technicians to perform the necessary matching calculations for powertrain testing equipment development, thus providing the original data for equipment development. The company has extensive experience in power testing for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and special vehicles. Engine and transmission matching design

Customer-needed products may be used for testing traditional manual transmissions (MT), automated manual transmissions (AMT), automatic transmissions (AT), continuously variable transmissions (CVT), or dual-clutch transmissions (DCT). Different needs have enabled Xiangyi Motion Test to develop a strong engine and transmission matching technology team in the development of powertrain testing equipment. Numerous engineering cases show that this team provides reliable assurance for successful equipment development. For example: When developing AT testing equipment, we conduct detailed calculations of hydraulic and mechanical conditions, which have been approved by our customers. This experience is extremely important to our product design.

Mechanical Adaptor Box (Device) Selection and Design

For large-scale testing equipment, Xiangyi Motion Testing's mechanical engineers, with nearly 30 years of experience, are responsible for the design and selection of mechanical adapter boxes and various adapters. These engineers also possess extensive on-site testing and debugging experience, minimizing on-site debugging time for customers and ensuring the flexibility of test rig assembly and disassembly.
