Hunan Xiangyi Power Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiangyi Power Testing") was formerly the Power Testing Instrument Division of the former Ministry of Machinery Industry Xiangxi Instrument and Meter General Factory, established in 1966. It was a key enterprise invested in by the Ministry of Machinery Industry during the Third-Line Construction. In 2000, it was restructured into a high-tech joint-stock enterprise with independent legal qualifications.

Xiangyi Power Testing has a complete product line, and its testing equipment is widely used in the testing fields of power system devices such as new energy vehicles, hybrid vehicles, ship engines, aero engines, gearboxes, axles and powertrains, engineering machinery, and mining machinery.

We have been innovating and growing, and we have even bigger and bolder goals.

2024

12600kW water eddy current dynamometer and supporting testing system delivered to customer and put into use; 1860kW/30000rpm high-speed water eddy current dynamometer completed prototype testing.

2022

The DHT gearbox offline testing system has been delivered to the customer and put into use.

2021

10MW high-power diesel engine fuel testing system, 20000rpm automotive motor performance testing platform, 20000rpm automotive motor back-to-back testing platform, and 20000rpm powertrain testing platform have been delivered to the customer and put into use.

2020

The 4MW engine automatic docking and quick-assembly system has been delivered to the customer and put into use, realizing the automatic docking function between the engine and the dynamometer.

2019

The large-range SLOY-4 air leakage measurement instrument and calibration device have been successfully developed and launched, replacing similar imported products and meeting the testing needs of engines above 10MW.

2018

The FC4022 high-speed data acquisition module has been successfully developed and launched, with a maximum sampling rate of 4kHz.

2016

Currently, our products and services in the axle test field serve clients such as China Automotive Technology & Research Center, Hand Axle, Qingdao Qingt, Xiangyang Daan, Hefei Meiqiao, XCMG, Isuzu, and Yuchai New Energy.

2015

The real-time monitoring and control system has been successfully developed and launched, configured with EtherCAT high-speed real-time industrial Ethernet bus, realizing real-time control of multiple test machines and multiple work tasks.

2013

The FC4000 test control system has been successfully developed and launched, meeting the emission test standards of Euro 6 and China 5.

2009

Entering the field of new energy vehicle motor, electric control, and powertrain testing.

2008

High-precision transient flow and fuel consumption meter successfully developed and launched, replacing imported counterparts. Currently, this type of product has expanded its coverage to 10MW engine testing needs.

2006

Megawatt-class and above high-power electric dynamometer testing system delivered to customer and put into use.

2005

The CAC series power dynamometer testing system has been successfully developed and launched, featuring energy feedback functionality; a matching FC2005 test control system is also launched to meet the Euro 4 transient emission test standards.

2002

The EC2000 engine test control system has been successfully developed and launched, marking the entry of the test and control system into the single-chip microcomputer control era. It features high reliability and easy maintenance.

1987

GW series eddy current dynamometers and SG series hydraulic dynamometers have been successfully developed and launched.

1979

JC series phase-difference torque speed sensor and JW series supporting instruments have been successfully developed and launched.

1970
