From October 2018 to October 2019, our technical personnel, through hard work, successfully localized the measurement instrument for air leakage in large diesel engines exceeding 10000 kW, and simultaneously developed a calibration device for ultra-large-range air leakage measurement instruments exceeding 2000 L/min, filling a domestic gap and breaking the monopoly of similar foreign products. Eight units have already been delivered to a major domestic diesel engine company, and their performance and parameters are fully comparable to imported products, receiving positive user feedback.
Xiangyi high-power engine test bench successfully accepted

Recently, Hunan Xiangyi Power Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a large-power engine test bench for Weichai's Pune, India plant. This large-power engine test bench is a complete set of hydraulic dynamometers and engine automatic measurement/control systems, and can be widely used in the testing of regular factory performance of various engines such as marine engines and power generation engines. Xiangyi's "three-motor" gearbox test bench completed acceptance

The transmission testing rigs designed by Hunan Xiangyi are mainly used for durability and conventional performance testing of front-wheel-drive or rear-wheel-drive passenger car transmissions. These test rigs generally adopt a traditional "three-motor" or "four-motor" structure. In response to the rapid development of new energy technologies, Xiangyi has combined modular design with the traditional "three-motor" structure, using a three-dimensionally adjustable motor base to create a mechanical base that can meet the testing needs of various types of transmission assemblies. This includes testing of pure electric transmission assemblies, hybrid transmission assemblies, "three-motor" transmissions, and "four-motor" transmissions.
