    The new energy motor test bench is mainly used for routine performance tests, durability and load tests of new energy motors and their controllers, as well as other user-developed research tests (such as: development, testing, and comparison tests of motors or motor controllers), to meet the needs of new energy vehicle project development. The new energy motor test bench can complete the testing work of the performance of electric vehicle motors, provide hardware testing support for users' independent research and development, assist users in improving design schemes, and verify product performance, etc.

     

    Test Content

    Peak power/torque test; rated power/torque test; external characteristic test of the motor under test; efficiency spectrum determination test; temperature rise test of the motor under test and its controller; torque step response test of the motor under test: torque control accuracy test of the motor under test; power feeding test, and electric and power feeding switching test; motor performance and strategy optimization test; motor drive mode switching and energy management; steady-state and road load simulation; driver simulation such as acceleration, braking, parking, economical or sports driving tests; ECE and NEDC standard driving cycle tests; user-defined tests, etc.

     

    New Energy Motor Test System Software

    Based on the FC4000 measurement and control software, the FC4000 motor test system software has been developed for the two test benches for new energy motor testing (including motor-to-motor test bench and motor performance test bench).

    • The software integrates the communication functions of the mainstream power analyzers and DC power supplies from domestic and international brands, which is very convenient for the expansion of the test bench functions.
    • It supports the import of the motor controller protocol file CANDBC to realize the integrated control of the motor under test and the dynamometer (the motor under test for the motor-to-motor test bench).
    • According to relevant national standards, the software can automatically complete the tests in the table below.
    • The output torque PID adjustment of the motor under test facilitates the unified analysis of the efficiency Map test data.
