Overview
The new energy powertrain test bench consists of installation foundation and tooling, dynamometer motor, inverter system, battery simulator, real-time measurement and control system, data acquisition system, high and low temperature environmental chamber, constant temperature cooling system, safety monitoring system, control software and auxiliary equipment.
Test Content
- Complete the joint debugging and comprehensive performance matching optimization test of the new energy powertrain, load changes, full-load acceleration, partial-load acceleration, deceleration and other operating condition tests;
- Research and development test of vehicle control strategy (energy distribution strategy and braking energy recovery strategy, user-provided control strategy);
- Vehicle power performance simulation test (operating condition simulation);
- Vehicle energy consumption test under specific operating conditions;
- Reliability performance test of electric motor efficiency, speed characteristics, torque characteristics and other related high-voltage components;
- Performance tests according to relevant standards such as torque and speed response;
- Application of VCU, MCU and other control units in pure electric vehicle development, performance verification and calibration;
- Customized road condition simulation test.

New Energy Powertrain Test System Software
The FC4000 powertrain test system software can control the dynamometer as the drive, and can also directly control the new energy motor or engine as the drive to conduct tests, meeting the requirements for various tests of the powertrain system, such as conventional tests, fatigue and durability tests, efficiency tests, differential tests, differential torque tests, road spectrum simulation, and electro-inertia simulation.
According to different test requirements, it can precisely control the target torque and target speed at the input end, and can also accurately control each motor individually. During the test, it can perform manual or automatic shifting according to the system configuration, and ensure the torque and speed balance between the two loads.
During the test, the system can monitor system abnormalities in real time. When the system encounters abnormal inverter shutdown, abnormal torque fluctuation, excessive speed difference, abnormal gear, incorrect speed ratio, etc., it can perform corresponding protective actions according to the system settings to ensure the safe operation of the system.
