Full scenario power testing equipment - a technical benchmark for accuracy and reliability
Engine test benches can be classified according to dynamometer type: eddy current dynamometer, water eddy current dynamometer, and electric dynamometer test benches. Eddy current dynamometer and water eddy current dynamometer test benches are mainly used for engine reliability and durability testing, while electric dynamometer test benches can be used not only for reliability and durability testing but also for engine bench power performance, economy, emission optimization matching, engine component testing, and optimization calibration during engine R&D. They can also be used for dynamic development testing of engines with whole vehicle and road simulation, and for meeting the latest engine product certification tests according to Chinese, American, Japanese, and European regulations.
Vehicle bridge testing platform
The commercial vehicle axle assembly test bench meets the performance requirements for comprehensive performance testing of axle assemblies in relevant national standards.
The transmission test bench is currently mainly used for durability and conventional performance tests of passenger car front-wheel or rear-wheel drive transmissions. This test bench generally adopts a traditional "three-motor" structure and is required to meet the requirements of the vehicle mechanical transmission bench assembly test method, including transmission fatigue life test, transmission efficiency test, high-speed test, temperature rise test, and dynamic sealing test.
The hybrid powertrain test bench is mainly used for various tests in the user product development process for the power system (engine + SG motor + transmission + dynamometer) and its electronic control system research and development. It tests the performance of the engine, motor, motor controller, and transmission, providing accurate and reliable test charts and data.
The engine offline test bench is mainly used for batch factory testing of engines by engine manufacturers. Engines coming off the assembly line can be automatically sent to the test bench for automated testing via a pre-assembly line, AGV, and RGV intelligent logistics system.
Transmission offline test bench
The transmission offline test bench is mainly used for offline detection of transmissions, such as DCT, EV, hybrid HEV automatic transmissions, multi-speed reducers and other various transmissions' factory inspection and testing. Transmissions from the assembly line are conveyed to the test station by an intelligent roller track for quick connection and clamping of oil, gas, water and electricity, and testing is performed according to national standards or relevant transmission testing standards, including no-load, load, NVH, and customized operating conditions.
Electric drive assembly offline test bench
The electric drive assembly offline test bench is mainly used for offline detection of the electric drive assembly. The electric drive assembly from the production assembly line is transported to the test station by an intelligent roller track, where quick connection and clamping of oil, gas, water, and electricity are performed. According to national standards or relevant test standards for electric drive assemblies, tests such as no-load, load, electric working conditions, power generation working conditions, NVH, and custom working conditions are conducted.
Electric drive bridge offline test bench
The electric drive axle offline test bench is mainly used for the running-in and offline testing of new energy electric drive axles. Electric drive axles from the production assembly line are sent to the test station by an intelligent roller track or hoisting tool for quick connection and clamping of oil, gas, water, electricity, and the transmission shaft system. According to national standards or relevant test standards for electric drive assemblies, communication tests, partial load tests, NVH vibration tests, noise and abnormal sound detection, ABS performance, and differential function tests are performed.
New energy vehicle motor offline test bench
The new energy vehicle motor offline test bench is mainly used for offline testing of new energy vehicle motors. Motors from the production assembly line are conveyed to the test station by an intelligent roller track for quick connection and clamping of oil, gas, water, and electricity. According to national standards or motor testing standards, online mode qualification testing is performed on the motor.
The container test bench is a one-stop testing platform solution specifically designed for users. Users only need to provide the site for container placement and supporting water and electricity. The container test bench is designed to be mobile, effectively solving the problem of a lack of laboratory for users. The container test bench is a customized service and can provide different solutions based on the different needs of users. Equipment can be placed indoors or outdoors to meet the maximum testing needs of users.
