    Axle Test System Software

    The FC4000 axle test system software has multiple test modes, including truck mode (front engine), bus mode (rear engine), trailer mode (driveshaft test, etc.), and single motor mode (noise test, etc.), meeting the testing needs of various types of axles. It can perform various tests on axles, including routine tests, fatigue durability tests, efficiency tests, differential torque tests, temperature rise tests, noise tests, and road spectrum simulations. During testing, it can also indicate the operating status, energy consumption status, and meshing surfaces of major components.

    The FC4000 axle test system software has Speed-Torque and Torque-Speed modes. It can stably control the input speed and output torque, as well as the output speed and input torque. Additionally, it can also stably control a single motor.
