  • This experimental system is used for the performance testing of the entire rotary drilling rig, and can accurately measure and control parameters such as torque, speed, pressure, and lifting force.

    (1) The test bench design is mainly based on the relevant national standards for "Rotary Drilling Rigs".

    (2) No-load rotation test of the rotary drilling rig power head.

    (3) Maximum output torque test of the rotary drilling rig power head.

    (4) Conformity test of the torque and speed of the rotary drilling rig power head with the design requirements.

    (5) Pressure and lifting force test of the pressure cylinder of the rotary drilling rig power head.

    (6) Pressure and lifting force test of the pressure winch of the rotary drilling rig:

    (7) Lifting force test of the main winch of the rotary drilling rig.

    (8) Lifting force test when the pressure cylinder or pressure winch and the main winch of the rotary drilling rig work simultaneously; (9) Performance test of the rotary drilling rig under given dynamic load conditions (including impact load).
