Overview
The hybrid powertrain test bench is mainly used for various tests in the research and development of power systems (engine + SG motor + transmission + dynamometer) and their electronic control systems during user product development. It tests the performance of the engine, motor, motor controller, and transmission, providing accurate and reliable test charts and data. It tests the power performance, simulated operating condition energy consumption, and motor and controller efficiency of pure electric and hybrid drive systems; tests the technical indicators of various components of the drive system; and through the simulation of actual vehicle operating conditions, conducts research on vehicle energy consumption and control strategies. The test bench is suitable for functional and performance tests of hybrid systems with series-parallel, AMT parallel hybrid powertrains for hybrid and pure electric vehicles. It is used for the development, matching, and calibration of new energy power systems and drive motors, and it has a driver operation model that can simulate the entire vehicle road load, providing test data for the confirmation and optimization of the entire vehicle matching parameters.

Hybrid Powertrain Test System Software
The FC4000 test and control system adopts a flexible configuration method and can be configured with various forms of hybrid powertrain tests according to user needs.
- Control the dynamometer load through a real-time system or FC2012 series test and control instrument;
- Control the engine throttle opening via the accelerator pedal, electronic throttle, or by configuring a DBC file using CAN bus messages:
- Control the motor controller to switch operating modes and target control values via CAN bus by configuring a DBC file;
- The system integrates mainstream domestic and international power analyzers and battery simulation control;
- Supports Excel user-defined operating condition tests; any channel name configured in the DBC file can be entered in the Excel column to control the motor controller action.
