From October 2018 to October 2019, our technical personnel, through arduous efforts, successfully localized the measurement instrument for air leakage in large diesel engines exceeding 10000 kW, and simultaneously developed a calibration device for ultra-large-range air leakage measurement instruments exceeding 2000 L/min, filling a domestic gap and breaking the monopoly of similar foreign products. Eight units have already been delivered to a major domestic diesel engine company. Their performance and parameters are fully comparable to imported products, receiving positive user feedback.

• The instrument can automatically correct the zero point of the flow rate and has a multi-point linearization table for segmented correction of parameters.
• The instrument has 4-20mA or 0-10V analog output interfaces with signal ground isolation.
• Communication interface: RS232 or CAN, selectable baud rates of 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200 b/s
• The instrument has alarm protection function and can output alarms by setting parameter limit values.
• Applicable diesel engine power: no less than 10000kW
