1 Axle Overview
The drive axle assembly fatigue and performance test bench uses an AC dynamometer for driving and loading, simulating actual working conditions to achieve durability and performance tests such as drive axle running-in, life, differential, efficiency, temperature rise, etc., as well as dynamic on-vehicle load spectrum follow-up loading tests; compared with outdoor road tests, it has the advantages of being quick and convenient, having multiple test items, and reducing the workload of test personnel; the control software interface resources are open, easy to expand, and highly automated.
