  • Overview

      The FC2013D power dynamometer control unit is used with the HBM torque ring and compatible torque sensors, power dynamometers, frequency converters, intelligent fuel consumption meters, etc., to measure and control engine torque, speed, power, and fuel consumption parameters.

      The instrument uses a digital incremental PID control algorithm for high control accuracy; torque and speed setting uses a photoelectric digital encoder, which is contactless, wear-free, and long-lasting; input, output, and power supply are all isolated, with high anti-interference capability.

      It uses advanced CAN fieldbus technology and an advanced "masterless" structure, making system construction and expansion very convenient.

      The connection with the frequency converter uses an RS485 interface, directly using data communication to avoid interference from analog signals, making the system more reliable and intelligent.

      The instrument supports bidirectional zeroing for forward and reverse rotation.

      The instrument has a built-in Chinese character library, and with the LCD display and simple keyboard, the human-computer interaction is very easy. The menu and option operations are simple and clear.

    1) One torque measurement channel, one speed measurement channel

    2) One two-channel D/A output port for electronic throttle control, and one D/A output port for 0~5V other control

    3) One 485 port for frequency converter control

    4) One CAN port for communication with computers, fuel consumption meters, data acquisition instruments, etc.

    5) 2-way switch output (protective stop, emergency stop)

    6) 4-way switch input (spare, protective stop, emergency stop, forward and reverse zeroing)
