      The CGK-II dynamometer control instrument is used with compatible torque sensors and speed sensors to measure and control engine torque, speed, and power parameters.

      The instrument uses a digital incremental PID control algorithm for high control accuracy; torque and speed settings use a photoelectric digital encoder, which is contactless, wear-free, and long-lasting; input, output, and power are all isolated, with high anti-interference capability.

      It uses advanced CAN fieldbus technology and an advanced "masterless" structure, making system construction and expansion very convenient.

      The instrument has a built-in character library, and with the LCD display and simple keyboard, human-computer interaction is very easy. Menu and option operations are simple and clear.

     

    Instrument Functions and Configuration

    1) One torque measurement channel, one speed measurement channel

    2) 1 torque voltage signal output, 1 speed voltage signal output, 1 speed frequency signal output

    3) One D/A output port for excitation current control

    4) One CAN port for communication with computers and data acquisition instruments

    5) 2 switch quantity outputs (protective stop, emergency stop)

    6) 4 switch quantity inputs (spare, protective stop, emergency stop, forward/reverse zeroing)
