Overview

　　The FC2210 and FC2210Z series intelligent fuel consumption meters are a subsystem of the FC2000 series engine automatic control system, meticulously designed by Pulian. They are primarily used to measure fuel consumption in various gasoline, diesel, and electronic fuel injection engines.

　　The FC2210 and FC2210Z series intelligent fuel consumption meters utilize an integrated design. The fuel consumption measurement and display are combined into a single unit, capable of independently measuring engine fuel consumption.

　　The FC2210 and FC2210Z series intelligent fuel consumption meters employ advanced CANBUS fieldbus technology, featuring simplified network characteristics that enable networking of multiple testing instruments. They also retain a standard RS232C serial interface, facilitating easy integration with general-purpose microcomputers or other intelligent instruments to form more advanced testing systems or enable remote control.

　　The weighing component of the FC2210 and FC2210Z series intelligent fuel consumption meters features a fully sealed design, enabling normal operation in harsh field environments. Even if the solenoid valve completely fails, fuel will not spill, ensuring safe operation. This is particularly suitable for engines with large return oil volumes and electronic fuel injection engines.

　　The FC2210Z intelligent fuel consumption meter features an aluminum alloy cast housing, offering an aesthetically pleasing design and convenient installation (it can be directly mounted on a wall or placed on a table). See (Figure 1-1) for installation instructions.

　　Compared to previous similar products, the FC2210 and FC2210Z series intelligent fuel consumption meters offer the following advantages:

1. Utilizes integrated design technology, combining sensors and secondary instruments into a single, independent, and complete fuel consumption measuring instrument. A compartment control instrument can be configured according to user requirements.

2. Employs advanced CANBUS fieldbus technology, featuring simplified network characteristics that enable networking of multiple testing instruments.

3. Retains a standard RS232 serial interface, facilitating easy integration with general-purpose microcomputers or other intelligent instruments to form more advanced testing systems or enable remote control.

4. Features both average and instantaneous fuel consumption measurement capabilities.

5. Average fuel consumption time is arbitrarily adjustable, and includes power-off protection.

6. Measurement can be performed at any oil level without the need for pre-filling before each measurement, reducing the number of solenoid valve operations and thus extending the solenoid valve's service life.

7. Employs advanced digital calibration technology, making instrument calibration extremely convenient and simple.

9. Features a calibration password, preventing unauthorized modification and ensuring parameter accuracy.

10. Fully sealed design prevents fuel spillage, ensuring safe operation.
