  • Overview

The FC2422T engine thermal shock control system is a testing device used on engine test benches to subject engines to significant alternating mechanical and thermal loads, increasing the number of alternations per unit time to assess the engine within a shorter period.

The FC2422T is a series of equipment that incorporates the coolant temperature control function of the FC2420T, capable of replacing the vehicle's engine radiator and maintaining the coolant temperature within a constant range.

The FC2422T system adopts an aluminum profile box frame structure, with metal perforated plates used for isolation and protection around the perimeter. This truly achieves a balance of safety and aesthetics. The entire piping system uses stainless steel pipes, resulting in a device with high reliability, high control precision, and ease of control.

The FC2422T includes two fluid circulation loops: a coolant circulation loop and a circulating cooling water loop. In the coolant loop, there is a three-way electromagnetic proportional control valve that adjusts the mixing ratio of high-temperature and low-temperature coolant to achieve the preset temperature. The system integrates an expansion tank to separate air bubbles from the coolant, compensating for thermal expansion and short-term

replenishment of coolant in the engine or motor. Pressure losses within the system are compensated for by a circulating water pump.
