      The JC series torque speed sensor and JW series torque meter are our company's traditional products. The company has nearly 50 years of production history and manufacturing experience since its establishment in 1975. The JC type torque speed sensor is used with our company's JW series microcomputer torque meter, which is a precision measuring instrument for measuring the torque, speed, and mechanical power of various power machinery. It has a wide range of applications. It is needed in almost all mechanical manufacturing departments, scientific research institutes, and colleges and universities for the measurement of rotating power, including motors, wind turbines, water pumps, gears and gearboxes, railway locomotives, automobiles and tractors, aircraft, ships, mining machinery, and hydraulic and pneumatic components.

     

    Technical Specifications

    • Torque Measurement Accuracy: Divided into 0.1 grade and 0.2 grade.

    ① Static Calibration - When calibrating directly using weights to generate standard torque, the measurement error for 0.1 grade is no more than ±0.1% of the rated value; for 0.2 grade, it is no more than ±0.2% of the rated value.

    ② Additional Error Due to Speed Change - When changing within the specified speed range, the torque reading change is no more than ±0.18% of the rated torque.

    • Speed Measurement Accuracy: ±1r/min ±1 digit
    • Torque Measurement Overload Capacity:

    ① When the overload is no more than 120% of the rated torque, the torque measurement accuracy can still be guaranteed.

    ② When the instantaneous impact load is no more than 300% of the rated torque, after the load disappears, the change in the torque zero point reading is no more than ±0.1%.

     

    JC/JCZ Series Sensor Specifications

    Notes:

    1) The JCL type torque speed sensor can be installed vertically and can withstand a certain amount of axial force, such as its own weight.

    2) If the JCG2 and JCG3 type torque speed sensors use forced lubrication with pressure oil, the user must connect the oil supply and return oil system. When using, start the return oil system first, then the oil supply system. When shutting down, stop the oil supply system first, then the return oil system.

    3) The JC-T type sensor has a sleeve speed measurement function
