- Product Description
-
The containerized rapid assembly test bench system mainly includes a container system, an automatic rapid docking system, and an engine automatic measurement and control system. The container system serves as the basic carrier, the automatic rapid docking system is the tooling fixture, and the engine automatic measurement and control system is the core.
Test Bench Test Content
- Engine factory tests, running-in tests, random inspections, and hot and cold running-in tests;
- Various tests of engine performance, durability, reliability, and emissions;
- The test object can be a diesel engine, gasoline engine, gas engine, electric motor, etc., and the load used can be a hydraulic dynamometer, an eddy current dynamometer, and an electric dynamometer.
Advantages of Containerized Laboratories
- Compared with traditional civil engineering laboratories, containerized laboratories are basically the same in function and performance, but their overall layout is more flexible, they can be disassembled, assembled, and transported, and can be placed indoors, outdoors, or even in the field;
- Basically no civil engineering work is required; only a flat ground is needed, and the external energy sources such as oil, water, gas, and electricity can be connected to operate;
- Using a welded structure, the construction cost is lower and the construction period is shorter compared to traditional civil engineering laboratory construction;
- Containerized laboratories have basically completed all installation and debugging work before leaving the factory. On-site, only the various pipelines need to be connected, so the project cycle is short.
