Job Description:

Non-standard mechanical design work for online testing equipment and production line auxiliary machines in the automotive industry.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, or a related field;

2. More than ten years of mechanical design experience, and at least eight years of non-standard equipment design and related mechanical processing technology design experience (less experience may be considered);

3. Familiar with the principles, design, installation, and application of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and related instruments and meters; understand mechanical fault diagnosis technology;

4. Good English reading ability, proficient in mainstream mechanical design software;

5. Strong hands-on ability, able to perform simple parts grinding, milling, and planing;

6. Candidates with rich industry experience may have relaxed requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist pre-sales in completing technical exchanges with customers;

2. Responsible for the mechanical design of the project;

3. Assist the project manager in completing technical communication, exchange, and signing with customers;

4. Responsible for mechanical drawing design, component selection, and BOM;

5. Guide and assist in equipment installation, debugging, and operation;

6. PDM work for drawings and documents;

7. Standardization work of mechanical design;

8. Assist after-sales in solving technical problems.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation or related majors;

2. Proficient in electrical cabinet and on-site electrical equipment selection and wiring (proficient in the selection and application of domestic and international well-known brands of low-voltage electrical equipment and analog sensors), able to read Chinese and English documents proficiently, and independently conduct electrical system design;

3. Familiar with electrical schematic drawing software, those familiar with domestic and international mainstream PLCs are preferred;

4. Those with rich knowledge and experience in variable frequency motor and servo motor systems are preferred, and can communicate and select motor drive schemes;

5. Possess team spirit, certain pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility, and good written and oral expression skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for completing the project's electrical PLC/HMI programming design and review work;

2. Responsible for solving problems encountered during electrical debugging;

3. Assist and cooperate with other departments;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Automation or Mechatronics;

2. Familiar with the debugging process of non-standard equipment, able to independently complete the PLC debugging tasks of the project, and have the ability to independently solve problems;

3. Familiar with Siemens Step7, TIA Portal and other programming software, proficient in S7-300, S7-1500 and other large-scale PLC programming, or those with a foundation in other large-scale PLC applications are preferred;

4. Familiar with Siemens touch screen page design software or upper computer configuration design software, able to design touch screen interfaces according to project requirements;

5. Able to read electrical drawings for program design and write PLC programs based on drawings and project documents;

6. Able to read Chinese and English materials fluently and conduct simple English oral communication;

7. Good at learning and summarizing, strong logical thinking, able to adapt to domestic and international business trips.

5. Priority given to candidates aged 30-35, and those with relevant work experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in project pre-planning and goal setting, providing feasible suggestions for project goals based on professional knowledge;

2. Develop Win32\Linux platform programs according to project requirements and expected goals;

3. Conduct user needs investigation and analysis, and adjust software systems and module functions based on the analysis results;

4. Communicate with software planning personnel to complete the design of various modules within the software;

5. Complete the programming of modules and software systems within the software;

6. After software design is completed, conduct software operation tests, and promptly modify any problems found during testing.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related electronic fields; those with more than one year of work experience are preferred;

2. Strong logical thinking ability, familiar with Windows\Linux platform programming, familiar with Go\C\Pascal\VB\Python\C#\SQL programming languages, and familiar with React\Vue\Qt front-end frameworks are preferred;

3. Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support for customers;

4. Hardworking and able to accept long business trips;

5. Positive attitude, proactive, strong communication and pressure resistance skills;
