Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for communicating with foreign customers via email and phone, conducting simple business negotiations;

2. Responsible for the company's English product materials, contract documents, etc.;

3. Responsible for the daily administrative work of the sales department, including document organization, data entry, contract management, etc.;

4. Assist sales personnel in handling customer orders, tracking shipments, and handling after-sales issues;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in English, English level 6 or above , fluent spoken English, and no barriers in written translation;

2. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit;

3. Work seriously and responsibly, be meticulous and patient, and have strong learning ability;

4. Proficient in using office software;

5. Priority given to candidates aged 30-35, and those with relevant work experience.
